Certified Public Accountant based in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He graduated from the University of Puerto Rico and has over 20 years of experience in the public accounting industry. Throughout these years, he has served both public and private clients in Puerto Rico and the US mainland. Over the course of his career, Alfonso has gained technical proficiency across a range of industries, including the public sector, healthcare, retail, and consumer business. For several years, he worked as an auditor in local accounting firms, eventually reaching the position of audit manager at one of the Big 4 accounting firms. He also served as the Director of Finance for a privately owned group of affiliates in Puerto Rico, which provided training and technological solutions primarily to entities in the education sector in Puerto Rico, Latin America, and the US. Additionally, he held the position of Assistant Secretary of Treasury and Central Accounting for the Puerto Rico Treasury Department from 2019 to 2020. He is currently a member of various professional and non-profit organizations, including the Puerto Rico Society of CPAs, where he served on the Board of Directors, and the AICPA, where he was a member of the Financial Literacy Commission and the Government Performance and Accountability Committee. Mr. Rossy's diverse experience led to the creation of Numbers Consulting, LLC in 2020. Recognizing an opportunity, he expanded the company into a fully-fledged CPA firm in early 2022. Certified Public Accountant with over 42 years of experience. She graduated from the University of Puerto Rico, R\u00edo Piedras Campus. After graduation, she joined an international CPA firm (the \u201cBig 8\u201d at that time), where she attained the position of audit manager in charge of training for the audit department. Later, she served as comptroller for Volkswagen of Puerto Rico and as manager of a local accounting firm, overseeing the scheduling of the audit department. Between 1992 and 2022, Mrs. Ra\u00edces joined CPA Kermit Lucena and later became vice president of LRPSC. Her experience in public accounting includes retail, wholesale, manufacturing, leasing, mortgage banking, and nonprofit organizations. She has also provided litigation support services, including court appearances as an expert witness. She possesses vast experience in agreed-upon procedures, such as gross sales audits and factor liens reviews. Her work specialties include auditing financial statements, management and financial reporting systems, financial projections, and forecast budgeting, among others. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Puerto Rico Society of Certified Public Accountants, for which she served as Director and Treasurer from 1985 to 1986. Her experience in public accounting includes retail, wholesale, manufacturing, leasing, mortgage banking and nonprofit organizations. She has also provided litigation support services, including court appearance as expert witness. Possesses vast experience in agreed- upon procedures such as gross sales audits and factor liens reviews. <\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style="font-weight: 300;">Her work specialties include auditing of financial statements, management and financial reporting systems, financial projections and forecast budgeting amongst others.
