Accountant based in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He graduated from the University of Puerto Rico and has over 20 years of experience in the public accounting industry. Throughout these years, he has served both public and private clients in Puerto Rico and the US mainland. Over the course of his career, Alfonso has gained technical proficiency across a range of industries, including the public sector, healthcare, retail, and consumer business. For several years, he worked as an auditor in local accounting firms, eventually reaching the position of audit manager at one of the Big 4 accounting firms. He also served as the Director of Finance for a privately owned group of affiliates in Puerto Rico, which provided training and technological solutions primarily to entities in the education sector in Puerto Rico, Latin America, and the US. Additionally, he held the position of Assistant Secretary of Treasury and Central Accounting for the Puerto Rico Treasury Department from 2019 to 2020. He is currently a member of various professional and non-profit organizations, including the Puerto Rico Society of CPAs, where he served on the Board of Directors, and the AICPA, where he was a member of the Financial Literacy Commission and the Government Performance and Accountability Committee. Mr. Rossy&#039;s diverse experience led to the creation of Numbers Consulting, LLC in 2020. Recognizing an opportunity, he expanded the company into a fully-fledged CPA firm in early 2022.
